Pro Tips:
- Seasonal + Daily Changes: Fingers tend to swell in heat and shrink in cold. Your fingers may also be slightly larger in the morning and slimmer by the evening. Measure when your hands are warm and avoid measuring right after exercise.
- Your dominant hand is usually a little larger than your non-dominant hand. Make sure to measure the exact finger you want to wear the ring on, since sizes vary across fingers.
- Generally, narrow bands feel looser while wide bands fit more snugly. If you’re choosing a wider band, we recommend sizing up for the perfect fit!
