All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery time depends on the shipping method you select at checkout — standard USPS shipping typically arrives within 3–7 business days, while expedited options are faster. Please note that custom or personalized items may take a little extra time to prepare, and carriers can experience delays during holidays or peak seasons.

Yes! All Falling for Dainty orders arrive in our signature packaging, including our keepsake gift box and cotton pouch. If you’re sending directly to someone special, you can select “Gift Wrap Items” at checkout and add a personalized note. Prices are removed from all gift orders.

Yes! You can purchase E-Gift Cards here, or physical gift cards in-store.

Yes, we ship internationally. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by location.

We currently offer exchanges only. Items must be unworn, in their original packaging, and exchanged within 30 days of purchase. 

Pieces that are labeled as final sale are not eligible for an exchange.

Gold Filled – A thick layer of solid gold pressure-bonded to a base metal (we use jeweler’s brass). Gold filled jewelry has significantly more gold than plated pieces, and is designed for long-lasting wear and can be enjoyed daily with proper care. 

Sterling Silver – Made with 92.5% pure silver, sterling silver offers a bright, polished look that can be worn daily. With care, it can last for generations and develops a natural patina over time.

14K Solid Gold – A fine metal that will not tarnish or fade. 14K solid gold is designed to last a lifetime and is ideal for heirloom-worthy pieces.

Yes! We are proud to say all our FFD products are Nickel-Free!

Gold Filled – A thick layer of solid gold that is pressure-bonded to a base metal (we use jeweler’s brass). Gold filled has much more gold than plated jewelry, making it durable, tarnish-resistant, and a great choice for everyday wear with proper care.

Gold Plated – A very thin layer of gold that is electroplated onto a base metal. Because the layer of gold is minimal, plated jewelry is more prone to fading or wearing off over time. We don’t use gold plating in our collections.

Gold Vermeil – Sterling silver coated with a thicker layer of gold through electroplating. Vermeil has more gold than standard plating but less than gold filled, so it still requires extra care to maintain its finish.

Solid Gold – Jewelry made entirely of gold (we use 14K). Solid gold will not tarnish or fade, making it the most durable and heirloom-worthy option.

Protect the finish of your jewelry by removing it when washing your hands, swimming, exercising, cleaning and before applying any kind of personal body product. Maintain your jewelry’s shine by avoiding contact with agents such as soaps, perfume, lotion, makeup, hair & cleaning products, etc.

Over time, the bar on the hoop that goes through your ear can bend slightly from frequent clasping or daily wear. If this happens, gently bend the bar upward until it snaps securely back into place. This small adjustment usually fixes the issue. To prevent it from happening again, avoid pressing down too hard when clasping your hoops. If you’re unsure or need extra help, please contact our support team and we’ll be happy to guide you.

When not being worn, store your jewelry in a safe, dry place such as a jewelry pouch or lined box.

Permanent jewelry is a custom-fitted chain that’s welded on instead of closed with a clasp. It’s a simple, painless process that creates a seamless bracelet, anklet, ring or necklace designed to be worn every day.

No appointment is needed — we offer permanent jewelry on a walk-in basis only.

Not at all. The welding process is quick, safe, and done only on the jewelry — never on your skin.

Your jewelry is designed to last as long as you’d like. With normal wear, chains can stay on for years. If you decide you’d like to remove it, it’s as simple as snipping the chain

Most fittings take just 10 minutes from start to finish, depending on the number of pieces you’re getting.

Yes! While it’s designed to stay on, you can easily remove it at home with scissors or wire cutters. If you’d like, we can also remove it for you in-store and add a clasp.

Don’t worry! You can bring your chain back to our store and we’ll re-weld it for you. If you’d prefer to make it removable, we can also add a clasp. Both services are offered for a $20 fee.
