All items are final sale.
We offer a 14 day warranty upon delivery date for the following: broken chain, faulty clasp, manufacturing defects, errors, etc. Please email us at email@example.com to notify us about your item so that we can expect it in the mail.
Please email and attach photos of your jewelry that needs to be repaired to firstname.lastname@example.org
The customer is responsible for shipping cost in addition to repair cost. Please be sure to package them securely and provide ample padding to protect the pieces during shipment. Falling for Dainty Jewelry will not be responsible for items damaged during shipment in any way. We are not responsible for tracking your return for, and are unable to issue a refund for lost or damaged packages.
If you purchased your item from one of our retailers, please contact them directly for their return policies. We cannot exchange or return any items purchased from one of our retailers.
